🏗️Inaugural Season Moving to TopGolf?
The TGL Arena looks like it’s been struck by a smooth criminal🕴️… or a sharknado! TGL’s custom-built arena suffered damage after a temporary power system failure, resulting in tears and the deflation of the dome. The incident occurred during the construction phase at the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens.
TMRW Sports, the company behind the league, released a statement clarifying that the damage was caused by an overnight failure in the temporary power system. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the technology remained unaffected.
The dome, spanning 250,000 square feet and 75 feet high, will stay deflated while crews address the situation. It was initially believed that the setback wouldn't impact the league's start date on January 9, but an update suggests it's "too early to determine the impact on our timelines."
TGL Statement on the collapsed dome:
"An overnight failure to the temporary power system used during the construction phase caused partial deflation and limited damage to the air-supported dome section of the site. The dome section has

This setback adds to the challenges faced by the TGL, including the withdrawal of player Jon Rahm and ongoing uncertainties in its inaugural season preparations.

The CME Group Tour Championship, spoiled by uncertainty last year, now sees a purse increase from $7 million to a whopping $11 million in 2024, accompanied by a record first-place prize of $4 million!
The renewed collaboration between Duffy and the LPGA highlights a commitment to elevating women's golf, making the tour championship the most lucrative event in women's sports!
In 2005, when Annika Sorenstam won 10 LPGA events, she earned only $2.6 million for the entire year.
As the tournament marks its 10th anniversary, the monumental boost aims not only to attract top players but also to enhance the overall impact and competitiveness of the LPGA tour.
🐯Tiger Woods Spotted Caddying for Son Charlie, Fueling Speculation on His Return
In the most recent sighting of Tiger, the Goat has been spotted caddying for his son Charlie at the Florida High School State Championship. The increased visibility adds to the growing speculation that Woods might be gearing up for a return to competitive play after undergoing ankle surgery in April.

Woods, who had been relatively low-key during his recovery, started making more public appearances in recent weeks. Notably, in October, he was seen hitting full shots for the first time post-surgery and paid a visit to El Cardonal Golf Course at Diamante, a course he designed.
It’s so cool to see what behavior we inherit from our parents. For instance, Charlie got the fist pump from Tiger and I got anxiety

While we're all waiting for the official word on his comeback, keep an eye on the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas on November 30. There's a spot open for Tiger in the 20-player lineup. And don't forget December's PNC Championship – a place where Tiger and Charlie have often teamed up, and Tiger can still roll around in a cart.
The Golden Age’s Auction: Bid on Golf History
Check out the cool stuff up for grabs in Golden Age's auction! Sam Snead's iconic 1949 Masters trophy is up for grabs and Tiger Woods' backup Scotty Cameron putter is also on the list!
The auction also features Al Geiberger's replica Wannamaker, celebrating his PGA Championship triumph, and a vintage trophy awarded to Bobby Jones for being the low qualifier in the 1920 U.S. Amateur.
If you’re looking for my Christmas gift, it’s the 2001 SP Authentic Tiger Woods [PSA 10] Card. Current bid is just over $17,000. This is perhaps the most desired golf card. Only 900 were made. The record sale price for this card was from April 2021 when an identical PSA 10/10 grade sold for $105,780.
